Drink Extra in the Morning
Pro tip: Prepare for the workday by drinking plenty of water first thing in the day. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up.
Buy a reusable water bottle. Water bottles on your desk are a great visual reminder to drink more water.
Pro tip: Use bottles with time markings on them to help you stay hydrated throughout the day.
Set alarm, get away from the screen, stretch and hydrate!
Pro tip: You can try using a phone app that reminds you to hydrate.
Have a glass of water as soon as you get hungry
Pro tip: Your body can mistake dehydration with hunger.
Eat your water!
Pro tip: Fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, strawberries, peaches, cucumber, tomatoes, and spinach are a great source of water
