About MENTOR+
Multidimensional and transversal well-being program for tele-working
Project
Overview
MENTOR+ (Multidimensional and transversal well-being program for tele-working) is a 24-month Erasmus + project that runs from November 2022 to October 2024.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, teleworking has become more prevalent in both private and public sector organizations, posing risks of aggravating pre-existing inequalities and ignoring health and safety requirements to ensure workers' psychophysical wellbeing.
The MENTOR+ goal is to reduce the risks to employees' psychophysical health and dietary habits associated with telework, thereby improving their well-being.
Within the framework of MENTOR+, a comprehensive program for self-led physical, mental, and diet-related exercises, as well as innovative formative and training content pertaining to well-being in teleworking environments, will be developed.
The anticipated social impact of the MENTOR+ project includes the following:
Contribution to educational programs for working adults in a variety of fields who are at risk of developing occupational diseases or living in poor health conditions.
Encourage employee’s participation in activities that promote social inclusion both inside and outside them workplace to increase their sense of belonging to their workplace.
Increase expertise in dealing with occupational health by developing more appealing education and training programs using ICT solutions.
Improving cooperation, peer learning, and experience exchange, particularly in terms of diversity understanding and responsiveness.
Promoting adult lifelong learning.
Expand networks related to occupational safety and health, as well as improve methods for dealing with it.
