a well-being extensive innovative program
The MENTOR+
Well-being Program
Within the context of MENTOR+, a well-being extensive innovative program for selfled physical, mental, and diet-related exercises will be developed.To provide a solid scientific foundation, the program will be based on the co-creation methodology, through which the target groups will directly express their needs and actively participate in the definition of the contents, with the assistance of external experts from the OSH fields.
1
The training content will specifically include the following components:
Learning Modules (Physical Activities, Mental Health, Nutrition), which will consist of Theoretical Materials addressing all three considered aspects of well-being and Materials for Practical Activities, such as practical exercises for physical activity and practical routines and instructions for the reinforcement of psychological well-being, stress reduction, and the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle through nutrition;
2
A Learning Procedure that binds all Learning Modules together, defining the order of the Learning Modules, the amount of time devoted to each Module, the lecturers and the learning resources made available, and the timing of the practical activities. The development of the Program will be facilitated by the consortium's multidisciplinary team of experts with diverse specializations and experiences, thereby ensuring an integrated approach.
3
To collect, upload, and share all the formative contents of the Well-Being Programme, an especially designed open-access app (MENTOR+ app) will be developed. The app will serve as a catalyst for lifelong learning and will improve adult employees' digital competencies. The utilization of the inputs and data gathered will increase its usability and perceived usefulness, thereby favoring further adoption.
