Objectives
Objectives
The primary objectives of MENTOR+ are:
To increase teleworkers' awareness and knowledge of approaches to wellbeing, with a focus on the psychological, physical, and nutritional consequences of social isolation.
To develop a comprehensive program for self-directed physical, mental, and dietary exercises, as well as novel formative and training content for teleworking environments.
To increase teleworkers' sense of belonging to their workplace by encouraging them to participate in activities that promote social inclusion both inside and outside the workplace.
To encourage adults to pursue lifelong learning.
To broaden occupational safety and health networks and improve methods for dealing with it.
To bring Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) issues to the attention of policymakers.
