MENTOR+: A co-design approach

The MENTOR+ will take advantage of the co-design approach: a circular process that allows teleworking employees to be active in defining their needs and to help in the implementation of health preventive measures in relation to the risks deriving from working out of the traditional workplace.

The direct involvement and participation in project activities of the target groups will provide the opportunity to design and develop the project outputs according to the employees’ needs, thus ensuring the accessibility and usability of the developed tools.
